Shipment Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days or in the days specified on the product page. Shipments will not be made on weekends and holidays.

Shipments are not made to  APO/FPO addresses.

High-Value Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Signature Requirement
All orders valued at $500.00 USD or more are shipped via carrier services that require a Direct Signature upon delivery. For PO Box deliveries, the item will be held securely by the carrier until a signature is provided by the box holder or authorized agent.
2. Transfer of Risk and Liability
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. However, for the purposes of delivery disputes:
  • Proof of Delivery: A "Delivered" tracking status, accompanied by a signature confirmation from the carrier, constitutes conclusive proof that the order has been fulfilled and received.
  • Customer Responsibility: Once a package is signed for at the designated PO Box or delivery address, Faradiamond is not responsible for claims of missing, lost, or stolen packages.
3. Dispute & Fraud Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • Faradiamond will not issue refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" with a signature.
  • In the event of a delivery dispute where a signature is present, the customer must settle the matter directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or local law enforcement.
  • Any attempts to dispute a signed delivery through a credit card chargeback will be contested using the carrier’s Proof of Delivery and this signed agreement.
